Michael Wharton
Registered Massage Therapist
Born and raised in Smithville, I’m proud to be offering care in the same community that shaped me. After years of working in leadership roles, raising five kids, and juggling real life, I found myself pulled toward something more hands-on and fulfilling.
I graduated from Mohawk College's massage therapy program and trained clinically to work alongside chiropractors. I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, and take an evidence-based approach. What started as curiosity turned into passion when I realized how much of a difference focused, goal-driven treatment can make in someone’s life. I believe in working with you, not just on you. I provide treatments designed to help you move better, feel better, and stay that way.
During my off time, I enjoy the great outdoors, time with my family and have a love for all things art related. Being a registered massage therapist is not just just my occupation, it is my passion and what I care about. Let’s get to work.

Carol Grimm
Wellness Coordinator
Originally from Montreal, I moved to Ontario and have been a resident of West Niagara for over 30 years; most recent from Grimsby to Smithville in 2021.
My background has been extensive in the wellness industry, being a fitness trainer since 2008. My passions also include scuba diving and motorcycle riding. I find it most rewarding to be able to play an active role in nurturing and growing our community.
I am very excited with my new role as the wellness coordinator at Crawford Chiropractic and look forward to connecting with you, bringing spinal health to West Lincoln and surrounding area.
