Can I continue to exercise while going through the treatment plan?

Yes! Exercise is important for maintaining optimal health. Motion is lotion. Exercise in the form of walking, yoga (@ Breathe), sports &/or going to the gym (@ ICON) can help with your treatment plan. Make sure to listen to your body though, do not push yourself if you know you might hurt something doing so. 

Do I have to ice after every treatment?

Ice is recommended to help reduce inflammation and soreness that can be experienced after an adjustment. The icing protocol we recommend for any soreness is 15min on, 30min break and one more session of 15min, sometime after a treatment. 

Is it okay to have a massage while going through chiropractic care?

100% yes! Massage and chiropractic go hand in hand (pun intended). Getting a massage before an adjustment allows your body to relax and tight muscles to be lose. This typically makes for a better adjustment and longer lasting effects.
